Alchemist Shun Rossé will not reship or replace orders due to lost, stolen, damage, packages, or for incorrect shipping address. 

ALL items are made fresh and shipped within 5-7 business days after order is placed. All shipping cost is included into price. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address when checking out.  If you're wanting same day pick up or drop off orders has to be in BEFORE 1pm ANY order after 1pm will be ready the NEXT day.
