All products are non - refundable. Once the order is place it can not be cancelled. Alchemist Shun Rossé will NOT refund for cancellation. Alchemist Shun Rossé is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Alchemist Shun Rossé will not reship or replace orders due to lost, stolen, damage, packages, or for incorrect shipping address. 

ALL items are made fresh and shipped within 5-7 business days after order is placed. All shipping cost is included into price. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address when checking out.  If you're wanting same day pick up or drop off orders has to be in BEFORE 8am the day of the order.  ANY order after 8am will be ready the NEXT day. ALSO If the item you've order is NOT ready to be processed for same day the items will be made ready for the next day.
